Family support
We want to support and empower families to reach their goals through accessing appropriate services, by supporting the NDIS process and in creating opportunities to build upon and maintain family wellbeing.
To achieve this vision, St Lucy’s has teams and systems in place, including a full time Family Support Worker. The role of the Family Support Worker is to assist families in expanding their networks, and in accessing services in their local and wider community. The Family Support Worker also supports families in navigating the NDIS process.
