We encourage you to be prepared when enquiring with a service, the following tips may be useful:

• Have a list of important questions ready as well as important requirements you have.

• Ask if they are a Service Provider and what you will be charged for. Consider asking about extra charges such as phone calls, emails, report-writing, note-keeping and travel.

• Find out how long it takes for Service Agreements to be generated. Find out when service delivery will start and finish.
